How to replace the spray tip on your Ryobi painting power tool

• Turn off the motor and trigger the spray gun to relieve pressure in the spray gun.
• Unplug the power cord or remove the battery pack from the painting power tool.
• Lock the spray gun trigger.
• Use a wrench to remove the spray tip and tip guard from the spray gun. Properly clean the removed spray tip for reuse.
• Thread the new spray tip and tip guard onto the spray gun.
• Tighten the spray tip and tip guard firmly with the wrench.
