Needed help for install from YouTube
I had to go look on YouTube to find a video that would show me first of all how to take off the old ones and how to put in the new ones. But once I did find the info, it was relatively easy. You need a good-sized flat-head screwdriver for assistance.

Wrong Parts
Parts we received were incorrect. Also the 4 small clips and 4 small screws would have cost $63 if they had been the correct ones. Also, it took 5 days to ship them to us in 2 separate packages, so our washing machine was out of service for 5 days unnecessarily. Very bad customer service.
