Just be gentle and do it right. When done open the door and turn the power back on. Press the start button so all the lights come on. Press three separate buttons in sequence 3 times and then close the door and press start. It will run through a complete program with different lights flashing at times. Returning your washer to factory settings. It will beep when finished. Takes about 15 minutes to run that program
