When I spoke to your rep, she said the part would come with directions and was easy to install. It didn't have any directions and needed a special tool to remove the back. When the part was installed, we tried the reheat button. The unit ran for a few seconds and the F-4 message appeared as it had before replacing the part. So I still have the same problem and am out $52+.
