Easy to install if you are tiny
Taking the part out was "simple" in many ways. The reality is that you will find it easy if you are a smaller "or thinner" person. Once the part was in our fridge was back to excellent working order.

Right part for my 15 year old Kenmore refrigerator
I paid a professional refrigerator repairman to de-ice the return and install the replacement part. It took about 45 minutes to complete the job. Allow 2 days to complete coolling.

Had to sand the foam slightly so that the clips project all the way and latch on the Freezer side.

This revised new part did not fit. The four plastic prongs on the new revised version are shorter than the older version.

Communication Issues, Questionable Quality
"What did you think of your recent purchase...?" OK, since you asked.... Shortly after ordering a refrigerator diffuser, I was notified that it was back-ordered. As food was spoiling, I could not wait. I had to order the part from a different vendor. So, I notified your organization to cancel the order, and issue a refund. I was assured that things would be taken care of by one of your reps. Two weels later I received the back-ordered part -- which, by the way, looked like it had been previously installed (the foam seal had been pulled away). To make matters worse, I had to ship this back to Sears Parts Direct on my dime! And, still no sign of my refund. So, I have been able to fix my Sears refrigerator, thanks to a (new) part that I had to buy from a non-Sears vendor. I had to pay a little more money for this part, but it fixed my problem, and I received it within a few days of ordering.
